How far is Puerto Tenczynek from Kraków?
Central Kraków is about a 30-minute drive, and Balice airport about 20 minutes. Krzeszowice town centre — with shops, restaurants and the railway station — is a ten-minute walk.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs are welcome and we charge nothing extra for them. The whole property is fenced and a large lawn surrounds the pool and cabins. We only ask that dogs stay out of the pool and are not left alone in the cabin.
Is the pool private?
The pool and garden are shared by the four cabins — in practice it is rarely crowded. If you want complete privacy, you can book the whole place exclusively.
When is the pool open?
The pool is heated, so it is open from May to September — including when the mornings are still cool. A hot tub and sauna are planned for 2027.
How many people does one cabin sleep?
Every cabin sleeps four and all have an identical layout. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds that can be pushed together into one large one. Downstairs there is a living room with a kitchenette, a dining area and access to the terrace. For families with three or four children we can prepare a cabin with a sofa bed in the living room — just mention it in your enquiry.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am. A later departure can usually be arranged if no new booking starts that day.
Is there parking?
Yes — free, inside the gated grounds, with a space by each cabin. The gate is kept closed.
Can we rent all four cabins?
Yes, and it is a common choice — a birthday, an outdoor wedding, a family reunion or a company trip. Book the whole place and the pool, garden and grill are for your group only. We quote individually.
Do the cabins have a kitchen?
Every cabin has a fully equipped kitchenette: hob, fridge, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. There are no dishwashers. We do not provide meals — you cook in your own cabin or use the barbecue in the garden.
How does check-in work?
Self-service. The day before you arrive you receive the code to the entrance gate and the code to the key box for your cabin. You do not have to meet anyone or wait to collect keys — you can arrive at any time after 3 pm, including after dark.
Is there air conditioning in the cabins?
Yes, in every cabin on both floors — separately downstairs and in the sleeping area. On July nights it makes all the difference.
What languages do you speak?
We speak Polish, English, Italian, Spanish and Swedish — write or call in whichever suits you best.
How do I book a stay?
Send an enquiry through the form, call or write on WhatsApp. We check availability, give you a price and confirm the booking with a bank transfer deposit. The rest is settled on site.
